On March 22, a new order was issued on the direction of medical care for patients with coronavirus infection. Emergency hospitalization is no longer required for all people with suspected COVID-19.

From March 23 to March 30, the Moscow authorities allowed patients with a mild form of coronavirus to stay at home for treatment.

The rule applies only if the patient’s temperature does not rise to 38.5 degrees, and the patient himself does not experience breathing complications. Also, the frequency of breaths should be less than 30 per minute, and the oxygen saturation of the blood should be more than 93%.

However, there are also exceptions here. Hospitalization is required for any form of the disease for people over 65, pregnant women, patients with chronic heart failure, diabetes mellitus, bronchial asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

According to the latest data, the number of cases of coronavirus infection in Russia has reached 658 people. Companies transfer their employees to remote work whenever possible. Most people voluntarily decided to self-isolate so as not to endanger themselves and those around them.
