Lifting dumbbells over your head — the technique of the exercise:

  1. Take the dumbbells in hand. Put your hands down along the body as shown in the figure.
  2. Trying not to bend your arms at the elbows, raise them over your head.
  3. Hold them in the top position for a second and lower down.
  4. During exercise try to keep the torso straight.
