– protect dried fruits from direct sunlight. If apricots are dried in the light, then during storage, sunlight is dangerous for the fruits;

– provide an average temperature range from 10 to 20 ° C. The dried fruit will not stand the heat, it will deteriorate.

An important point is what to keep dried apricots. The ideal option is a glass container with a tightly screwed lid. Can be folded dried apricot in food grade plastic container, plastic sealed container. The main thing is that there is no oxygen access to dried fruits: they will simply dry out. If conditions are close to ideal, dried apricots can be easily stored for 1 year.
