If you’ve copied text from another document and it’s not formatted the way you’d like, you can easily remove all formatting from the text and revert to the default style.

To do this, select the text from which you want to remove formatting, and on the tab Home (Home) in the section Font (Font) click on the button Clear All Formatting (Remove all formatting). The text will revert to the default style.

The same command can be used in PowerPoint presentations.
