How to deliciously bake chicken in the oven
 

A baked chicken is a great option for a delicious, hearty and quick dinner for the whole family, and to make it juicy, fragrant and every piece of it melted in your mouth, follow these simple tips:

Point one. Choose a fresh and high-quality carcass: after pressing, fresh meat should recover quickly, the chicken should be natural in color, without blood clots and bone fractures, and smell good.

Point two. Marinate the chicken at least 2-3 hours before cooking so that it absorbs the spices and salt.

Point three.  Choose the most suitable baking option for you: the chicken will be juicy in a sleeve or in foil, but it will not have a crust like on a baking sheet.

 

Point four. In order for the chicken to acquire an appetizing, crispy crust, brush it with honey or sour cream before baking.

Point five. Check the readiness of the chicken by piercing the largest part of the leg with a toothpick (chicken breast is not suitable for this – it cooks faster).
