How to make homemade nutella

Many people love chocolate nutella, but not everyone decides to buy it because of its high cost and industrial composition.

The chocolate paste itself was invented by confectioner Pietro Ferrero in 1944, and since then it has held one of the leading positions in the “sweet market” of the world – it can be used as a filling in desserts, or you can simply spread it on bread, pancakes or fruit.

Homemade nutella is easy to cook.

Take 4 cups of milk, 4 tablespoons of flour, 4 cups of sugar, 6 tablespoons of cocoa, 100 grams of nuts, a quarter teaspoon of salt, 200 grams of butter.

First mix all the dry ingredients, then pour in the milk in a thin stream, stirring thoroughly and breaking the lumps. Put this whole mixture over low heat and bring to a boil, do not forget to stir. Add oil and chopped nuts, cook for 10-20 minutes.
