How to Cook Oatmeal Cookies

We admit that it is rarely possible with delicious pastries to inflict minimal harm on the slimness of the figure and at the same time get the maximum amount of useful minerals and vitamins. Homemade oatmeal cookies will delight you not only with excellent taste, but will also produce gentle bowel cleansing. Delicate, crispy, real delicacy that can be prepared quickly and without problems.

For oatmeal cookies, large and medium-sized oatmeal flakes are suitable, the cooking time of which is from 5 to 15 minutes. Instant cereals are not very suitable for baking, although they will do as a last resort.

To achieve the maximum similarity with purchased oatmeal cookies, the flakes are pre-crushed using a meat grinder or blender, achieving small crumbs or grit… In fact, from whole flakes, for example, “Hercules”, cookies are much tastier and more textured, but it’s a matter of taste.

High-quality butter margarine in this pastry is no worse than butter, and sometimes even better, because it does not give heaviness, but friability and crunchiness are in full.
