Well-groomed nails and hands have always been considered the hallmark of a woman. They make the image more neat and complete, they say that the fair sex is constantly looking after herself. Today there are several methods of manicure, but hot manicure has recently become especially popular, which allows not only to gently treat nails, but also to improve the skin of the hands.

The difference between a hot manicure and a usual one is that the hands for steaming are dipped not into soapy water, but into a special solution. The latter enriches the skin and nails with useful components: vitamins A and E, olive, peach and other oils, ceramides, lanolin and various minerals.

Such a nutrient solution is poured into a special apparatus for manicure, which heats it up to 40-50 ° C and constantly maintains this optimum temperature for manicure. Due to this, vital processes are activated in the skin – pores expand, blood circulation increases. Thus, all the beneficial substances penetrate into the skin much faster, it becomes softer and more hydrated, and the nails become stronger.

The effect after a hot manicure can be compared to paraffin therapy. However, the latter is not recommended to be done in the presence of wounds and microcracks on the skin, whereas with a hot manicure they are not a contraindication.

This procedure can be done not only in a professional salon, but also at home. To do this, you need to buy the following tools and drugs in a specialized store, which are not very expensive:

  • hot manicure machine
  • special solution
  • orange cuticle stick
  • polishing nail file
  • nourishing oil or hand lotion
  • cuticle nippers

A distinctive feature of hot manicure products is an invariable structure that, when heated, does not split into water and fats

For a hot manicure at home, remove old nail polish and shape. Then pour a special solution into the bath of the apparatus and heat it to the desired temperature. Switch the mode to heating. Dip your hands in the hot solution and hold them for 10-15 minutes. After the allotted time, take them out and spread with nourishing hand oil, not forgetting to rub it into the cuticle. Push back the cuticle with an orange stick and carefully trim it with tweezers. Polish your nails with a file, then apply a nourishing cream to your hands.

Advantage of hot manicure

A hot manicure quickly and effectively softens the cuticle and slows down its growth. After it, burrs appear less often, and the nails stop breaking and exfoliating. This manicure enhances blood circulation, relieves tension in the hands, and has a beneficial effect on the condition of the joints. After this procedure, there is no feeling of dryness of the skin, which is typical for a conventional manicure, since it does not have a traumatic effect, but, on the contrary, nourishes and intensively moisturizes the skin.
