Extension dumbbell spinaround grip — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on the horizontal bench, holding a dumbbell in the hand. Hand straight upward and perpendicular to the torso. For this exercise, use spinaroonie grip: palm facing the face.
  2. The second hand is put on the biceps of the working arm for support, as shown in the figure.
  3. On the inhale slowly lower the dumbbell down.
  4. On the exhale, straining the triceps, bring the dumbbell to its original position, straightening the arm.
  5. Complete the required number of reps and adjust the arm.

Note: after the exercise, do not drop the dumbbell on the floor, as this can cause injury to wrist.

Bend your knees, expand the wrists, placing the dumbbell on upper thigh. At the same time, raise your upper torso off the bench, helping himself to stroke the feet. Place a dumbbell on the floor next to him.
