  • Aligote. The grapes are yellow-green in color. Suitable for making table wine, juices, champagne. Its disadvantages include susceptibility to gray rot disease, average frost resistance, poor transport tolerance.
  • “Isabel”. The dark blue berries are waxed, the skin is firm, the flesh has a characteristic strawberry flavor.
  • “Riesling”. It is used for the production of white wines with citrus notes on the palate. This variety gives consistently high yields.

Each of these varieties has its own unique taste.

Technical varieties tolerate frosts better than table varieties. They are less demanding to maintain, and pruning and soil quality are not important for them. The advantages of this grape are its rapid growth in the first years after planting and the ability to multiply easily and quickly.

The quality of the grapes grown depends not only on the variety. It is also influenced by other features of the external environment: climate, soil, illumination, care. And for each specific area, you need to choose your own variety, suitable in terms of ripening and frost resistance.
