For cooking, you need to take a pound of stewed mushrooms and crush them with two tablespoons of flour. From above, all this is poured with three tablespoons of vegetable oil, and this mixture should boil for 10 minutes.

After that, parsley is added, everything is mixed, folded into metal molds, previously oiled, poured with sour cream sauce, a tablespoon of butter is added.

And finally, all this is sprinkled with grated cheese on top. After that, you need to bake it all in the oven until a crust forms.
