Cauliflower salad with mushrooms

Preparation:

Boil the cabbage in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain and leave completely

cool down. Put in a bowl along with mushrooms, avocado and almonds.

Combine dressing ingredients, season with salt and paprika

taste. Pour over vegetables and stir.

Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with chives.
