  • Honey can completely replace sugar. This product is much healthier, it contains flavonoids, substances that have an immune-modulating effect. It is better to give preference to nectar varieties with a high pollen content.
  • Wheat or oat bran (2-3 tablespoons per day) will cleanse the intestines, which will get rid of toxins that cause the growth of malignant cells. In addition, bran contains selenium, a substance that protects against certain types of cancer.
