Andy has prepared for you is simple and straightforward exercise, quality aerobic and power load, a competent selection of exercises. These advanced exercises will help you to destroy fat and create a toned body relief.

The complex Anarchy Workout is designed for 6 weeks for 3 weeks for each phase. Comprised of 6 core workouts (for cardio, strength and endurance)with two levels of difficulty. They last 30 minutes. Also Andy included 2 short workouts of 15 minutes for abs and stretching, which are designed for both phases.

  • Phase 1: Cardio
  • Phase 1: Strength
  • Phase 1: Endurance
  • Phase 2: Cardio
  • Phase 2: Strength
  • Phase 2: Endurance
  • Anarchy Abs

For training Strength and Endurance (Phase 2) you will need a pair of dumbbells, for all other classes, extra equipment not needed. Weight dumbbells pick based on their capabilities (from 2-3 kg or more depending on your level of readiness, for men between 5 kg). You can use a few pairs of dumbbells for different exercises, but the “Anarchy” uses one pair. In Strength 1 one of the participants shows all the exercises using one dumbbell. In Endurance (Phase 2) demonstrates exercises with one dumbbell without dumbbell at all.

The program lasts 6 weeks, you will deal on a simple schedule. 3 times in a week do basic 30-minute workout, 2 times a week – 15-minute workout, 2 times a week – a day off. As you can see, the calendar class it is difficult to call rich. For each phase is 3 weeks, the second phase of more intensive load than the first.
