The framework
Located on the Côte de Jade, between southern Brittany and Vendée, Alliance Pornic Resort Hôtel Thalasso & Spa is located in a protected cove on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Its sunny microclimate, the riches of the country of Retz, facing the Ile de Noirmoutier, offers a warm setting for Mum and Baby.

The possibility of choosing between the “Beauty” or “Thalasso” option, depending on the needs of mothers. In addition, the center welcomes babies up to 10 months for postnatal cures.
Cares
The mother-baby cure offers between 20 and 24 treatments, spread over 6 days, from Monday to Saturday inclusive.
For Thalasso treatments:
2 sessions of hydromassage bed or massothermie
3 hydromassage baths with essential oils
3 hydromassage baths with seaweed
3 pressure jets
3 seaweed wraps
3 sessions of pressure therapy
2 aquatic physiotherapy sessions with overall toning
For spa or “beauty” treatments:
1 facial beauty treatment
1 body peel or 1 massage with organic aromatic oils (20 min).
2 slimming massages (20 min)
1 Beauty treatment for the eyes
In addition, curists benefit from free access to the Fitness Center every day from 9 a.m. to 20:15 p.m. On the program: 350 m² aquatic course, completely renovated, in sea water heated to 33 °, swimming pool in sea water heated to 30 °, weight room, fitness, eucalyptus hammam and sauna with light therapy.
What about Baby?
For mother-baby cures, the Alliance Pornic thalassotherapy center welcomes toddlers from 3 to 10 months old. The establishment also benefits from a daycare-nursery, in addition to the package. Parents must provide food and diapers for the reception.
Note: The 3 DT Polio injections are compulsory for the swimming pool and the nursery.
On the treatment side, from 3 to 6 months, toddlers benefit from 2 sessions of awakening massage “Shantala” or Indian massage, offering the pleasures based on the exchange by touch, the look, the word to share with baby . The mother stretches her child to free his joints, develop strength and flexibility. This oil massage nourishes the skin and improves baby’s sleep.
From the age of 6 months, Baby and Mum benefit from 2 fun discovery sessions in an aquatic environment in the swimming pool. The plus: dad is welcome to class. For families staying on site, baby equipment (beds, sheets, bottle warmer, changing mat, high chair, bathtub) is lent on request.
