What to do? The first step is to ask yourself who this irritability is directed at. No matter how you feel yourself, everything cannot be enraged at the same time, usually some specific people or events annoy you. To avoid destructive consequences in the form of grievances and conflicts, it is important to inform the people with whom you communicate and live about your condition. No, it’s not about rushing a high-speed train along the corridors of work and at home with a siren and shouting “Caution, I have PMS!” But it is very important to warn colleagues or household members that you are in a very bad mood today. So to say, hint in time so that no one gets hurt. As a rule, people value this honesty and choose expressions more carefully, being careful not to touch the person who has informed about their feelings in advance.

A simple written meditation called A Letter of Anger is ideal for relieving the growing feelings of irritation and aggression. To do this, you need to prepare three sheets of paper and a pen. Such a message must be written by hand, this is the whole point. And in the process, it is important to turn off all kinds of censorship – moral, ethical, and whatever else. All emotions, all angry wishes to anyone – from higher powers to a neighbor in a minibus – urgently splash out on paper!

But you need to write not as much as you want, but exactly three pages

First, the element of obligation will play its part. Nobody wants to keep getting angry after such a forced release of emotions. Well, and secondly, it will help to speak out to the fullest. And now, in no case reading what has been written, tear all three sheets with pleasure into small pieces and throw them away – the mental slops will no longer be useful to you.
