In order to be slim and receive compliments about perfect skin, dieting is not enough, you need the body to be healthy. A healthy intestine is the key to perfect digestion, normal body condition, beautiful skin and hair.
Six simple meals will help your body cleanse and rejuvenate with ease.
Kefir
This drink is much healthier than milk! Kefir is the most famous product that contains prebiotics and beneficial bacteria. Kefir is made from cow’s or goat’s milk and eliminates harmful processes such as fermentation in the gastrointestinal tract. If you do not have time for breakfast, a bottle of kefir is something that will not only help to satisfy your hunger, but also start up the intestines.
Yogurt
One of the main benefits of yogurt is improving bone health. But always pay attention and read the labels on yogurt, as some manufacturers make products without living bacteria and with a lot of sugar that destroys them.
Soya beans
This dish is very popular in Japan: made from fermented soybeans, it has a sticky, gooey consistency. Protein-rich soybeans are one of the most popular breakfast dishes among the Japanese.
The Japanese have studied this dish for many years and came to the conclusion that with regular use of soybeans, the mineral density of the tissues increases, and the body is cleansed much faster.
Miso soup
Another dish that came to us from Japanese cuisine. This soup can be eaten not only for lunch, but for breakfast and dinner. Traditionally, miso is made from a paste made by fermenting soybeans, rice, barley, wheat and koji mushrooms, a special type of mold that contains many beneficial substances.
This soup is an excellent source of protein and fiber, and is also rich in minerals and vitamins.
Sauerkraut
The famous sauerkraut is not just a delicious salad, but also a product that, in addition to prebiotics, is rich in fiber, iron, vitamins C, B and K. However, it is better to take the time and cook sauerkraut yourself.
Kimchi
A popular Korean dish is spicy seasoned vegetables, most notably Chinese cabbage.
Kimchi contains lactic acid bacteria, which is beneficial for the digestive system. This dish is healthy, high in vitamins K, B2 and iron.
