1. “Remove fats from the diet”

However, some foods – right and wrong – may contain the same amount of calories, but the ratio of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in them will be different. So, a piece of pie will most likely lead to weight gain, and an equal amount of vegetables and fruits in calories will be quickly absorbed and, thanks to fiber, will cleanse your body.

4. “Avoid carbohydrates”

As in the recommendation to give up fats, you thereby disrupt the ratio of substances entering your body. Lack of carbohydrates is fraught with impotence, bad mood and breakdowns, since carbohydrates provide the bulk of energy. Yes, it is reasonable to give up simple carbohydrates, but complex ones – pasta, cereals – you just need to feel cheerful.

5. “Train on an empty stomach”

Any physical activity – strength or cardio – requires an impressive expenditure of energy. Getting enough sleep and eating well is important for a quality workout, otherwise exercise intensity drops significantly. That is, on a full stomach, you will train more effectively than on a hungry one.
