Rules to help you lose weight properly
 

If you decide to lose weight gradually, counting on long-term but stable weight loss, these rules, which are often forgotten, will come in handy. Forget about hunger and a meager diet – lose weight tasty and right!

  • Eliminate alcohol

Alcohol is completely unnecessary for daily use, so it will be easier to refuse it even on holidays. Alcoholic drinks stimulate the appetite, lead to dehydration, they themselves contain a lot of calories and in the intoxication stage it is more difficult to control the amount of “snacks” – often fatty and unhealthy.

  • Determine your BMI

You should clearly understand the goal to which you are going. And sometimes these goals are unreasonably high. Not everyone “suits” the weight of 55 kilograms. And why exactly 55 and not 54 or 57?

BMI is based on your height and weight. Of course, there are also things like skeletal structure, muscle mass, and body fat percentage, but BMI is the first metric to help you determine a healthy and achievable goal.

 

BMI formula: your weight in kg is divided by the height squared – m2. BMI value in the range of 18,5-24,9 – you are all right, put your body in order through exercise. In the range of 25 -29,9 – a few kilograms you have extra. Indicators below the 18,5 mark – you absolutely cannot lose weight, adequately assess your reflection in the mirror!

  • Drink a lot of tea

Do not get carried away with coffee – it removes useful substances, vitamins and minerals from your body. Green tea acts as an energy drink no worse than coffee, but its benefits are much greater. Green tea contains vitamins, improves digestion, helps to quench thirst and warmth in the cold season. Green tea works well with supplements that can speed up weight loss.

  • Snack on nuts

Nuts are an additional source of protein and healthy fatty acids. They will improve the condition of hair, nails, skin, while making you feel not hungry. Despite the calorie content of nuts, their small portion is much healthier than a bun or sweet yogurt snack.

  • Do not deny yourself the sweet

Yes, yes, allow yourself some of your favorite desserts. Sugar is also needed by the body – especially for productive brain activity. If you can replace your usual sweets with dried fruits – well, no – just reduce the previous number of times … 10! This is already the first step towards a beautiful figure.
