The workshop is a world of energetic youth, a cheerful and sunny world. He greets the early morning with a shake of his dewy head and a cheerful hubbub. The Apprentices are already buzzing, mastering a new business, the Masters begin their work, and soon the blanks in the hands of the Master turn into Masterpieces… Every day the world becomes a little more beautiful, a little warmer. What was a dream yesterday is a reality today. There is a lot of happiness, sonorous songs in this world. Here seemingly incompatible things live together magnificently: freedom and clear rules, creativity and order, cheerful childishness and attentive responsibility. They work here in the morning, and in the evening they return to their friends and relatives, where one more small thing awaits them — to give joy. Here the wind of Vocation hovers over the world, overshadowing the inhabitants with its wings. There are no troubles here, but a lot of love and care.
Most importantly, this world is not a fairy tale. This world is real. It has long been made for themselves by those who are accustomed not to hope and wait, but to do everything with their own hands. Plan and do.
Many are looking for this world, but not everyone reaches it, and those who have reached it do not always stay. This world is not a world of easy freebies. Here they will look strangely at those who do nothing and are looking for someone to profit from. No one will feed anyone for free, and therefore there are no parasites here.
This world is not a paradise, it is a forge. It can be both hot and difficult in the forge, but it is in the forge that steel is tempered.
Everyone is welcome in this world, but everyone is strict and demanding. If you are an Apprentice, learn and become a Master. If it’s difficult for you, they will help you, but just enough so that you can continue to study on your own. And if you don’t study, stop studying, you are not an apprentice, and you are not of this world. You are no longer here.
There are no claims against you, but you are no longer for us. If you want to be with us again, get back to business. Otherwise, who will build a beautiful world?
It turns out that not everyone has the strength to accustom oneself to demands, to discipline, and the path to this world is often winding. Someone gets lost halfway. Someone changes direction and goes to other worlds. Someone lacks strength. Someone frankly does not believe in their own strength.
It is difficult to enter this world for the first time, but for someone who has already been here, everything becomes very simple. It’s really simple: to see the goal and strive for it. Be honest and decent. Take care of people. Do not be afraid to change course, if suddenly he was in the other direction. Start a new, distant path. And go, keeping the right course.
