It is made from 100% recyclable plastic, which significantly reduces its cost. The composition of the material includes the so-called “oxygen scavenger”, and this allows you to extend the life of the wine in these bottles.
The flat container holds a standard 750 ml of wine, but it is taller and thinner. And this bottle weighs 87% less than a typical wine bottle. These qualities make the flat bottle ideal for e-commerce sales.
Experts also note that the use of such containers for wine will reduce carbon emissions during the transportation of wine.
And the design of this flat bottle won the Diamond Finalist Award for Packaging Innovation.
