What to do if you still went overboard on vacation
 

If you are used to treating like with like, then do not avoid snacks. Moreover, it is desirable to have a snack with something solid, preferably hot. But it’s better not to get drunk. 

1. There are many healthy drinks, one way or another, alleviating the morning state: mineral water replenishes the deficiency of salts, freshly squeezed orange juice – the lack of vitamin C, kefir and strong tea help many. You can also drink vegetable juice: tomato, with the addition of carrot, parsley, celery and beetroot juices.

2. An absolutely magical remedy – “Tan”, or ayran, a carbonated fermented milk drink. If you can’t find a life-giving drink in the store, make it yourself. Take 1 part of kefir (yogurt or other fermented milk products, you can even sour), 1 part of pure water (you can carbonated or mineral) and always salt. Mix thoroughly, preferably in a mixer. You can prepare one serving directly in the glass.

3. In the morning eat scrambled eggs: Eggs contain alcohol that helps the liver to cope with alcohol.

 

4. Wonderful in the morning eat soup, moreover, fatty, rich… Excellent sober up khash, cabbage soup, chicken soup (of course, not from cubes). Garlic borsch is fine too. If for some reason there was no first in the house, hot sandwiches, soft-boiled eggs, jellied meat with horseradish and generally spicy dishes will help. By the way, if you can’t cook cabbage soup or khash for yourself, there is a very simple recipe – take a little jellied meat left over from yesterday’s feast, heat it in a saucepan, without boiling it, squeeze out a few cloves of garlic and a drop of lemon juice. Works great!

5. Strongly it is not recommended to get drunk with alcohol, even in microscopic doses, if you don’t know how. Remember: “”. And in no case drink beer in the morning! It is very serious. To equally dangerous advice, I would also like to include a recommendation to make yourself coffee with pure vodka in the morning. This is the real dream of a cardiologist!

6. The surest remedy is sauerkraut pickle… But if it’s not there, it works great and plain water… Drink as much of it as possible. …

And here is the exception to the rule. But what a! Make yourself a sobering cocktail «»… To do this, mix 50 g of brandy, 1 raw egg, 2 teaspoons of Worcester sauce, 1 tsp. tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 whole raw yolk. Drink in one gulp without stirring and, most importantly, without thinking.

It was thanks to this cocktail that the butler Jeeves got a job with the disorderly and riotous aristocrat Bertie Wooster. Of course, they are both literary heroes, but the recipe is real and has a very fruitful effect on the human body on a hangover morning.
