What is reductarianism and what is it eaten with
 

Reductarianism is not vegetarianism, much less veganism. The movement does not call for a complete rejection of animal products. The essence of reductarianism is simply to reduce the consumption of animal milk and meat (and their skin) in order to maintain your health and along with the planet.

According to reductarians, plant foods healthier for both the human body and the environment. It does not cause suffering to poor animals, it does not hurt the stomach, and in general everyone has an easier and better life. But this does not mean that the reductarian will never eat meat. The follower of this movement can safely eat the steak if he wants. It’s just going to be like a cheat meal for him. 

Also, reductarans will not give up animal protein, like vegans, if doctors prescribe them a diet containing meat. They will eat meat in order to be healthy, not for their own pleasure. This is the difference between them and staunch meat eaters.

 

And it seems such a way of life in the near future will lead all progressive humanity… Vegetarianism, and even more so veganism, is for individual heroes. And the rejection of the thoughtless and uncontrolled consumption of meat and dairy products, the struggle for normal conditions for animals on farms and the taboo on natural leather and fur are quite real and achievable tasks for every person. 

Scientists also speak about the benefits of reductarianism. Dosed meat consumption seems to be very beneficial for nutritionists and doctors, and avoiding an extra steak or burger ecologists. After all, almost as many resources are spent on growing one cow as on several quintals, for example, of rice.

Thus, If you are hesitant to go vegan, try becoming a reductarian and be mindful of what you eat. This will have a positive effect on both your health and the health of the planet. Saving money will be a pleasant bonus – reductarians do not throw away leftover products, but try to recycle them. And this helps not to spend extra money on food and saves the Earth from the dominance of microplastics. In addition your grandmother will not be nervous, because you can eat her signature pies and at the same time remain the hero and savior of cows and chickens.
