The Japanese diet

Low-calorie combination of protein products (eggs, fish, beef) with a small amount of vegetable dishes, vegetable fats and fermented milk products. Three meals a day and protein dinners.

Kremlin Diet / Atkins Diet / Protein Diet

Restriction of carbohydrates in the first 1-2 weeks up to 20 g of carbohydrates per day, then up to 40. After the first 2 weeks, vegetables, fruits with a low glycemic index, juices are allowed.

Kefir diet

Designed for 3 days (1,5 liters of kefir per day) and for 6 days (1,5 liters of kefir + 0,5-1 kg of fresh vegetables or fruits).

 

Diet of carbohydrate-protein alternation

The diet is open-ended and includes low-carb, high-carb, and moderate-carb periods.
