Fashionable diets: Valley, Ducan and buckwheat

Larisa Dolina’s diet

A low-calorie diet with a limited range of foods () and additional procedures to cleanse the intestines. The diet is designed for 1 week, then it is replaced by a week of “normal” food, but with a restriction. This alternation should be done until the desired weight is reached.

Ducan’s diet

The alternation of protein stages with combined protein and vegetable, with the rare addition of starchy foods and calorie restriction.

Buckwheat diet

Designed for 1 week, only buckwheat without salt and with the possible addition of kefir is allowed.
