Which antifungal ointments are the most effective?

Hello. My name is Amelia, I am a 25-year-old make-up artist from Łomża. I decided to turn to you because I have a lot of trouble. For a long time, apart from work, I have been helping homeless animals. Unfortunately, I was infected with mycosis due to contact with one of the dogs. Itchy patches have appeared on the face for several weeks. Some of them itch more than others. I am asking for help, what ointment to buy at the pharmacy to get rid of this rash. Are there any ointments that have a stronger effect? Maybe I should go to the dermatologist and ask for a prescription ointment?

The disease made my work impossible. I’m on sick leave for the moment, because my boss has forbidden me to show up with mycosis at work. I am asking for a quick answer. Maybe you know any recipes for home-made ointments that I could use on a par with those bought in a pharmacy? I care about the ones that are effective and give immediate results. I thought to cover the itchy spots with powder, but I’m a little worried that I won’t get any worse irritation or infection. Thank you for the quick reply. I wish you all the best. Amelia from Łomża.
