Inositol is involved in the metabolism of fats in the body, improves the transmission of nerve impulses, helps maintain healthy liver, skin and hair.

Vitamin B8 lowers blood cholesterol, prevents the fragility of blood vessel walls, and regulates the motor activity of the stomach and intestines. It has a calming effect.

Inositol, like other vitamins of this group, actively affects the functioning of the genital area.
