Vegetable salad with mung bean sprouts
 

Ingredients: a handful of corn salad, a handful of Frize salad, a handful of radichio salad (you can have any salad leaves to your taste), 2 tomatoes, 2 (ripe !!!) avocados, a handful of mung bean sprouts, a tablespoon of sesame seeds, salt, olive oil.

Preparation:

Chop vegetables and lettuce, mix them in a large salad bowl, add mung bean sprouts, sesame seeds, salt and season with olive oil to taste. Ripe avocados are quite oily, so sometimes I eat salad without olive oil.
