Three programs Kelly Coffey-Meyer for the whole body: Circuit Burn, LIFT, Split Sessions

Kelly Coffey-Meyer is a coach with 30 years of fitness experience and a mother of two children. She has released over 50 DVD’s with training programs at different levels of complexity. Almost all of them included in the series 30 Minutes to Fitness – you need only 30 minutes to get effective and quality results.

We offer you to discover three of its programs: Circuit Burn, Split Sessions, LIFT and. In each of these complexes included 2 half-hour workout to tone the body and get rid of body fat. Suitable for intermediate level and above.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer Circuit Burn

Circuit Burn is the ideal program for weight loss and muscle tone. The complex consists of circular intervals, which include aerobic exercise and strength training with dumbbells. Aerobic intervals mostly consist of simple movements of kickboxing can help you to raise the heart rate and burn fat. Strength exercises with dumbbells involve several groups of muscles: with their help, you’ll work on muscle tone and elimination of problem areas.

For both half-hour workouts (Workout 1 and Workout 2) you will need 2 pairs of dumbbells, for example 1.5 and 4 kg. If two pairs of dumbbells, you can do with one weight. Kelly Coffey-Meyer – LIFT

This complex includes 2 quite different, but equally powerful workout from Kelly Coffey-Meyer: you can only choose one to practice, but can alternate between them.

For Workout 1 (Olympic Lifting) you will need a rod. Kelly uses a weight of 14 kg, but you can pick up a weight that is optimal for you. One of the girls shows the variant with dumbbells, but such training is better to perform it with a barbell. The session will consist of a few basic movements that are repeated throughout an hour. Monotonous, but very effective load will help you bring the muscles in tone and to increase muscle strength.

For Workout 2 (Powersculpting) you will need 2 pairs of dumbbells of different weights. Some exercises are performed with one dumbbell, so the weight can take more. The training was held at high speed for only half an hour, so it is actually cardio exercise. But a typical aerobic exercise here, basically you will perform strength exercises on some muscle groups. However, due to the dynamic pace your heart rate will be constantly high, which means you will not only strengthen the muscles but also burn fat.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer Split Sessions

This program is also divided into two half-hour videos: Split Sessions Upper (upper body) and Split Sessions Lower (for lower body). Also, the complex included a short bonus videos Bonus Floor Legs (15 minutes), where you can find exercises on the Mat, legs and belly fitness elastic band for better muscle performance.

Split Sessions Upper — strength training for the muscles of the upper body. You will need dumbbells from 3 kg and above. It is also desirable to have a step platform, but not necessarily, one of the girls shows the exercises without it. Can be used instead of a stepper fitball. Class includes exercises for the muscles of the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps.

Split Sessions Lower — training for the formation of a slender toned lower body. You will improve the shape of your buttocks and hips, reducing legs and burn calories. You will need a pair of dumbbells for squats, lunges and deadlift. In addition, Kelly Coffey-Meyer offers exercises with the fitness elastic band for the legs, so you will also need this additional attribute. Training is quite dynamic and rich.
