The secret of youth is good nutrition

Here is some simple yet powerful information about what constitutes wholesome nutrition. This will help you make wise choices about your health.

What is health?

What is health for you? For some it means not being sick, some say it means being able to do what they want to do. Some equate health with energy, and some say longevity is the measure of health. For me, health is not only the absence of disease, but also a life full of energy and inner strength.

But how exactly is the inner strength awakened? We learned in school about the mitochondria in our cells, which are the source of energy. Our body is made up of about 100 trillion cells that provide our energy supply. We should treat our body like 100 trillion cells, not just flesh, blood and bones.

We have a choice in how we age. We can choose whether we look and feel like we are 70 at age 50, or look and feel like we are 50 at age 70.

Having said that, I want to inform you that there is no such thing as aging. There is only degeneration of our cells – our cells are damaged and die prematurely due to our ignorance and careless nutrition.

What we put into our body makes our cells live or die. It can be the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat. Even prolonged emotional stress can cause chaos or flourishing in our body. Our reckless lifestyle causes our cells to die due to toxins and oxidation. If we know how to feed our cells properly, we can extend the lifespan of our cells to keep our bodies young.

How to do it, you ask? Read more…   Cell degeneration

Most diseases begin with simple inflammation. You begin to feel tired, constipated, have a headache or backache, or develop a rash. All of these signs are indicative of poor health. If at this stage you begin to take action and lead a healthy lifestyle, health can be restored.

When a doctor tells you that you have high blood pressure and high cholesterol, if you have asthma or tumors, you are chronically ill, you are in poor health. Don’t wait until you get to this stage before you start making changes. Later it may turn out to be too late. Help yourself now. Support your cells with proper nutrition. More on that below…

How our cells die

When we eat too many acidic (unhealthy) foods, it creates an acidic environment in our body and causes cell death. When cells die, our body becomes even more oxidized, and this creates the perfect environment for bacteria and parasites to thrive and make our cells sick.

Then we get sick, we visit a doctor who prescribes a bunch of acid-forming drugs. Drugs create other side effects because our body is already oxidized. This goes on and on until our body starts to break down.

We must break the vicious cycle by cutting out unhealthy foods and feeding our cells with the proper nutrients. Our 100 trillion cells basically only need four very important things to stay healthy and happy.

If we take the trouble to adhere to the four regulative principles, we can be sure that our happy cells will supply us with energy and health.   Back to basics

1. Waste disposal

First of all, we must reduce the consumption of unhealthy foods. If you want to improve your health, then you will have to give up harmful products completely. It won’t be easy, but you can’t keep feeding your body garbage and expect it to heal.

There are no medicines that can heal you. Your body was designed to heal on its own, so you have to give it a chance. But your body can’t deal with illness on its own if it’s still full of toxins from the unhealthy foods you’ve been loading it with for years.

There are many ways to detox, but every detox program you choose to undertake must ensure that the procedure is safe and natural. You can try drinking the juice on an empty stomach or just fast for a few days to let your body rest, cleanse and heal. When doing a detox program, always drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.

Colon cleansing is an important part of a detox. Cleansing with vegetable fibers is gentler and requires more patience, but also provides a thorough and very effective colon cleansing. The fiber cleansing may take 2 to 3 weeks, but the result will exceed your expectations.

In extreme cases, bowel lavage should be considered. An overloaded colon can contain 10-25 pounds (or more) of dried feces. This is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, and they multiply by the millions every day. Congested colon leads to blood pollution, which is very harmful to your 100 trillion cells, which are rapidly depleted from damage. 2. Oxygen

One of the basic needs of our cells is clean, fresh air. One of the functions of our blood cells is to carry oxygen, water and nutrients.

We’ve heard about this often enough, it’s so important. Exercise makes our heart pump faster and increases circulation throughout our body. As blood circulates, it dilutes stagnant blood, which can otherwise cause a range of health problems.

Deep breathing also promotes cleansing. Take a walk outside early in the morning when the air is still fresh and do some breathing exercises. This alone does wonders and helps provide energy that can keep you going for hours. 3. Water

It is extremely important to drink enough water. Our dehydrated cells cannot speak, but they signal to our bodies through pain. When they are dehydrated, they cause pain, and when we give them enough water, most of the pain goes away.

It is not enough just to say that you drink a lot of water. Check if you are drinking enough. I recommend that you drink the purest water, distilled water. Hard water and so-called mineral water fill your body with inorganic elements, your body cannot absorb them, they are perceived by it as toxins. And finally…. 4. Nutrients

Once you’ve detoxed and removed unhealthy foods from your diet by drinking enough water and exercising every day, start feeding your cells the proper nutrients from living foods.

Our bodies have been deprived of essential nutrients for most of our lives due to the “modern diet” which consists of processed foods that are high in fat and low in fiber and nutrients. It turns out that freshly squeezed juices are the most effective and fastest way to get nutrients.

When we talk about good nutrition, it should include: Amino acids (protein) Complex carbohydrates Essential fatty acids (EFAs) Vitamins Minerals and trace elements Phytonutrients Antioxidants Bio-flavonoids Chlorophyll Enzymes Fiber Healthy gut flora (friendly bacteria)

We have to ask ourselves, are we providing all of the above to our 100 trillion cells? Choose a healthy life.
