The Gastronomic Forum returns to the city of Cristal

The city of La Coruña once again hosts the culinary event of the gastronomic forum for the third time in a row with many prospects for success

The venue for the gastronomic event will be the ExpoCoruña fairgrounds on March 12, 13 and 14.

This relay that took the coastal city of La Coruña back in 2014 by the hand of its Galician namesake, Santiago, has consolidated it as a reference for culinary creation, providing a lot of local gastronomy and above all a magnificent showcase for tourist attraction of the city.

Likewise, the local participation of Galician culinary masters and chefs has increased in this third edition, which already seeks to exceed the objectives of the past calls, with farmhouses of more than 20.000 visitors to the event and dozens of speakers and live show cooking. .

Among other activities, throughout the days of the gastronomic fair, there will be the delivery of recognitions and awards for business and professional careers to chefs, winemakers, room managers, producers and disseminators of Galician culinary culture in the figure the Picadillo Awards, as well as the InnoFórum Awards, to recognize innovation in the field of gastronomy, the product, the packagin and the flavor.

The event will be very well protected by the Fair environment that it exhibits within the Gastronomic Forum, by the hand of more than 500 brands related to restoration and gastronomy, this environment being an excellent showcase to publicize new products and developments, intended for the hospitality channel.

The congress will also invade the streets of the city with an interesting program of urban activities for all audiences within the framework of the program called Forum City, to be carried out together with the collective Coruña Kitchen.

The Gastronomic Forum Event has not only the endorsement and the successful conferences that its previous editions in the Galician city already treasure, but also its origins and formats, which have been developed for years in the Gastronomic Forum of Gerona and in Barcelona with the recent grouping of gastronomic events in the Barcelona Hosting Week, which was held last year in Barcelona.
