Soup “Health” Ingredients: 2 large red onions 50 garlic cloves, peeled 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped thyme leaves A pinch of finely chopped parsley A pinch of bay leaves 2 teaspoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of butter 3 cups of breadcrumbs 1500 ml of stock salt (to taste) Recipe: 1) Preheat the oven to 180C. Trim the tops of the garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 90 minutes. 2) In a frying pan, mix the olive oil and butter and fry the onion over medium heat (10 minutes).
