The benefits and harms of melt water

Water is of great importance for humans, because all metabolic processes in the body occur in the aquatic environment. But, alas, drinking water is becoming not only worse, but also more hazardous to health. What kind of water should you drink in order to benefit yourself and not harm? Nature has taken care of man once again. Let’s see if melt water is beneficial or harmful to the body?

The fact is that the size of the molecules of tap water does not coincide with the size of the cell membrane. This means that some of the molecules do not participate in the metabolic process. Hence, various diseases, premature aging of the body. Melt water, on the other hand, coincides in structure with the aquatic environment of our body, it is better absorbed and activates many processes: it accelerates metabolism, rejuvenates, improves blood circulation, lowers cholesterol levels, increases the body’s resistance to viruses and stress – helps to prolong life.

The use of melt water is also in its therapeutic properties, for example, for allergic skin diseases: eczema, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, etc. How to prepare melt water and get health benefits?

1.Pour cold, purified tap water into an enamel pot and place it in the freezer.

2. When ice forms along the sides of the pot, remove it (it contains harmful deuterium), pour the water into another pot and put it back in the freezer.

3. The water is two thirds frozen – take out the pan and pour out the remaining water containing chemical impurities.

4. Thaw the formed ice at room temperature. You can also carry out additional cleaning. Pour boiling water into the middle of the ice block and pour this water.

Remember: the benefits of melt water are in a short shelf life (5 hours). After 16 hours, it already loses 50% of its biological activity. Do not boil melt water. Properly prepared melt water will not do any harm.

If you decide to experience the life-giving power and benefit from melt water, then remember:

– it is better to drink it on an empty stomach, ¾ glass, half an hour before meals;

– the amount of water you drink per day should be 1% of your weight, and then this volume is gradually reduced to half;

– take melt water every day for 30 or 40 days;

If you take melt water for prophylaxis, then the daily rate should be half.

The harm of melt water is in the wrong consumption and the method of its preparation. That is, if you follow all the recommendations, then the question of the benefits and harms of melt water will not arise.
