stuffed mushrooms

Preparation:

To use as a light snack, sprinkle with grated cheese before

step 4.

1. Cut off the legs of the mushrooms and finely chop half of the legs

2. Melt 50g plum butter in a medium saucepan – 40-50sec(1min), add

onions, garlic and chopped legs and cook 2-3 (3,5) minutes. Mix with

bread crumbs.

3. Transfer the resulting mixture to the mushroom caps.

4. Melt the remaining butter in a shallow bowl – 30 sec. Put the mushrooms in

dish and cook for 2-3 (3,5) minutes.

Serve IMMEDIATELY.
