Stretching of the quadriceps, a technique of performing the exercise:

  1. Lie on the floor. Just add a belt, rope or expander on foot. Bend your knee, trying to touch the foot or the buttocks, as shown in the figure. This will be your initial position.
  2. Gently pull the strap, increasing the pressure. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then perform the stretch with the other leg.
