  2. Adhering to the musical rhythm, you need to put your right foot on the bench, put your left foot on it and lower it in the same sequence. Start the second exercise with your left leg.
  3. The right leg is bent at the knee and placed on a step platform. Raise the left one slightly above the floor and put it back on the floor, put your right foot on it. In a similar sequence, begin the exercise with the left leg.
  4. To do this exercise, place your right foot on a bench first, and then your left. After that, first lower your left leg and then your right leg to the surface. Repeat this exercise starting with your left leg.
