Sragi wide grip — technique exercises:

  1. Take the bar. Stand up straight. Feet shoulder width apart. It is very important when performing this exercise keep your back straight. Hand on the neck should be as wide as possible.
  2. On the exhale, lift your shoulders up and hold the top position for 1 second. Try to reach the shoulders to the ears.
  3. On the inhale slowly lower the barbell to the starting position.
