Squats with weights (goblet) — technique exercises:

  1. Stand right up, grab kettlebell with both hands by the handle, place it in front of chest. This will be your initial position.
  2. Perform the squat. Lower yourself until the back of the thigh touches the calf. Keep your back straight. Head raised, chest out.
  3. Hold down for a few seconds, knees unfolded, as shown in the figure. Rise, straightening the knees. Perform 10-20 repetitions.
