Spectacle diet, 40 days, -15 kg

Losing weight up to 15 kg in 40 days.

Average daily calorie content 1200 Kcal (40 points for the menu).

Many have heard of the calorie-based diet and have even experienced it for themselves. But does this technique seem cumbersome and tedious to you? In contrast to it, a special spectacle diet was developed, on which it is necessary to monitor the consumption of not calories, but conventional units (points).

Spectacle diet requirements

Speaking about the rules of the spectacle diet, we note that it is necessary to limit the consumption of fats and carbohydrates, and give the main preference to protein products. This helps the extra pounds to escape. Lacking the substances contained in fatty and carbohydrate-containing products, the body is simply obliged to extract them from its own fat reserves.

You can stick to the spectacle diet for up to 40 days. With a noticeable amount of excess weight during this period, you can lose up to 15 kg. The number of food glasses must be up to 40 units. If you want to lose the first pounds as soon as possible, it is allowed to temporarily lower the cost of the ration to 20 units, but not lower.

To maintain the existing weight, you need to consume about 50 glasses daily. Fluctuations up to 5-10 units in different directions are allowed. But you need to monitor your weight to determine the ideal rate to keep you from gaining weight.

If you want to gain kilograms, you need to eat at least 60 points, also keeping track of the rate of addition of the desired forms. It is not recommended not only to lose weight quickly, but also to gain weight rapidly (unless there is a clear medical indication for this).

You can eat any food, the lists of foods with glasses are below. But still, focus on foods containing fewer units if you want to lose weight. Nutritionists advise to consume food at least 4-5 times a day without overeating and drinking enough water. Tea and coffee consumption is allowed without a cost estimate (naturally, without sugar). It is highly advisable to refuse the addition of sweeteners. You can eat in the evenings, but it is better to adhere to the standard rule of reasonable nutrition and do not have a snack 3-4 hours before lights out.

Contraindications spectacle diet

  • Contraindications to the spectacle technique include diseases of the liver, kidneys (due to the abundance of protein in the diet), as well as the organs of the gastrointestinal tract.
  • Sitting on such a diet is not recommended for adolescents, aged people, with an exacerbation of chronic diseases.
  • It is known that compliance with many diets is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women. But the opinions of experts are mixed. Some of them note that women in this position should eat more satisfying and abundant than recommended by the rules of the spectacle diet. Others consider this technique, on the contrary, quite suitable for women who gained a lot of excess weight during the period of carrying a baby (which can negatively affect the health of the mother and the unborn child). But in this situation, it is imperative to consult with your leading doctor in order to avoid problems.

Advantages of the spectacle diet

A number of the main advantages of the spectacle diet include the following:

  1. easy portability (compared to many other techniques);
  2. has a minimum of restrictions and contraindications and therefore is suitable for almost everyone;
  3. acts effectively;
  4. no need to give up your favorite products;
  5. with a well-planned menu, weight loss occurs without hunger;
  6. you can lose weight without experiencing tangible physical and psychological discomfort;
  7. improvement of general well-being;
  8. strengthening muscle tissue.

Disadvantages of the spectacle diet

The disadvantages of the spectacle diet, according to the opinion of authoritative experts in the field of nutrition, include the following factors.

  1. The dietary menu contains a rather poor variety of fruit and vegetable products. It also has few different cereals (they have more points than meat and many other protein foods). This can cause digestive problems in particular.
  2. The diet is not against the consumption of fatty meat, which can negatively affect the state of health if a person fails to comply with a reasonable limit.
  3. In theory, the technique is not against drinking any amount of alcohol (for example, 100 g of vodka has 0 points).
  4. Eating on such a system, a person can go over his calorie intake, which, according to the recommendations of proper and rational nutrition, is not desirable.
  5. It can be difficult at first to count your points along with the food you eat. You need to keep a table on hand and check with it so as not to eat too much.

Repeated spectacle diet

It is not recommended to resort to repeated adherence to the spectacle diet more often 2 (maximum 3) times a year (meaning a diet of up to 40 points). And to maintain weight, eating up to 60 points, usually without harm to health, people manage for many years.
