Sour mushroom soup

Preparation:

Mushrooms are cut into cubes and sautéed in fat, then onions are added and

flour, lightly browned. Pour hot water, fill and boil

10-15 minutes. A few minutes before the end of cooking add chopped

thin slices of tomatoes or cucumber and apple. When served at the table

soup put sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.
