Mix all the ingredients well and chop. Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture, put in an enamel, earthenware or porcelain dish, pour a glass (250 milliliters) of boiled water at room temperature. Then place the dishes in a boiling water bath and heat with frequent stirring for 15–20 minutes. Then cool the broth at room temperature for 45 minutes. Then strain, and squeeze the raw materials. Bring up the volume of liquid to the original. Take 3-4 times a day for ¼ glass.
