The two most dangerous sweeteners

Artificial sweeteners were originally invented as sugar substitutes for those looking to lose weight. Unfortunately, the obesity situation has not improved, so sweeteners have not achieved their goal. Today, they are added to diet sodas, yogurts, and many other foods. Artificial sweeteners provide flavor but are not a source of energy and can even be toxic.


This supplement is nothing more than denatured sucrose. The production process for sucralose involves chlorinating the sugar to change the structure of its molecules. Chlorine is a known carcinogen. Do you want to eat foods with toxic substances?

It so happens that there has not been a single long-term study on the effects of sucralose. The situation is reminiscent of tobacco, the harm of which was found out many years after people began to use it.


Found in thousands of everyday foods – yogurt, sodas, puddings, sugar substitutes, chewing gum and even bread. After a number of studies, a link has been found between aspartame use and brain tumors, mental retardation, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia and diabetes. By the way, US Air Force pilots are warned in classified instructions not to take aspartame in any quantities. Why is this substance still not banned?
