The experiment lasted two weeks, with a weekend error.

My relatives do not talk to me in the morning. It’s not that we don’t have common themes, but in the morning I look more like an angry fury: I run around the apartment, trying to comb my hair and make up. For breakfast I drink half a glass of water practically at the door. I don’t even think about full-fledged food, just like throwing something into a container for lunch in the office. As a result, usually my menu consists of what I find in the nearest store. Grilled breast is the most common option, because the breast, as nutritionists say, is quite a healthy product.

At some point, I realized that with such a diet, I would soon start clucking. Yes, and the weight began to gradually shift upward, I seasoned the annoying breast with sauces and seized it with a bun. It was time to change something in life.

My work is such that it is not always possible to go to a business lunch in a cafe. Now, if this business lunch was taken to the office, it would be another matter. In general, there are plenty of food delivery companies in St. Petersburg. Try to figure out who’s delicious. The New Year is on the nose, I also wanted to lose weight, so the sushi pizzas immediately fell off. I found a company that offers three options for lunch – light – up to 700 calories, medium – up to 900 and hard – up to 1200. For fast weight loss with my build, I need to consume about 1200 calories per day. Considering the water for breakfast, vegetable salad for dinner, the “light” version of a business lunch just suited me.

So, the experiment began on November 7th. They brought a salad, soup and a second with a side dish. The first day I was just delighted, delicious, satisfying, I divided lunch into two parts, because I just could not eat everything at once. By the third day it seemed to me that more could have been. I really wanted something sweet.

But already the first week showed that my chubby chest was just a mockery of the body. Another thing is a hot homemade lunch, each time different and with a calculated calorie content. Well, yes, minus a kilogram from my body, I won back.

In the second week, an ex-colleague came to visit the office.

“Alena, I like it so much when you lose weight,” she blurted out from the doorway. – Admit it, again cucumbers with kefir?

Lena has witnessed my many experiments with nutrition. And transformations from 85 kilograms to 75 in a month. So he knows a lot about my harmony. Surprisingly, she noticed the changes within a week. For which, by the way, I threw off another kilogram.

Pros:

  • I lost two kilograms in two weeks.
  • For two days I ate fish, which I absolutely do not cook at home.
  • Stopped twisting the stomach.
  • I learned that there are so many recipes for mashed soups.
  • I saved on ice cream for my husband, since the usual breast with sauce and a roll cost me a third more.
  • Didn’t wash the dishes.

Cons:

  • Few. But this is my “easy” option. Those who chose others did not complain.
  • I wanted something sweet. Although under what diet do you not want it?
