Berry smoothies

Servings: 3

What you need:

  • 2 ½ cups strawberries
  • 2 ½ cups blueberries
  • 2 ½ cups raspberries or cranberries
  • 1 банан
  • 2 ½ cups low fat yogurt
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tsp liquid honey

What to do:

Peel the banana, cut it and place it in a blender glass along with the rest of the ingredients. Beat until smooth and pour into glasses. Allow to cool slightly in the refrigerator before serving.

Melon and strawberry smoothie

Servings: 1

What you need:

  • 125 g melon
  • 125 г strawberry
  • 6-7 ice cubes

What to do:

Fold the melon, strawberries and ice into a blender. Beat until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.

Blackberry smoothie

Servings: 1

What you need:

  • 1 ½ cups low fat yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 orange juice
  • 1 hours. L. vanilla sugar

What to do:

Beat all ingredients in a blender (e) until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink immediately!
