How to cook a dish ” Shakshuka»

Peel the tomatoes. Cut the vegetables into cubes, spinach into strips.

Cut the bacon into small strips, fry until crisp, and place on a hot plate.

In a frying pan, add butter, add onion, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, spinach (add in this order). Season with salt and pepper. Evaporate the liquid until the sauce is thick.

In the sauce, make two depressions, beat an egg into each. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the eggs until the yolk is cooked to its preferred degree. When serving, sprinkle the bacon on top.
