Their leaves are rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc and calcium. All this composition makes dandelions very beneficial for the cardiovascular system and digestion. Young leaves are advised to be added to salads and soups, even to pizza. This is what the people call him. The official name is tenacious bedstraw. This plant is full of minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients that make it essential for liver and lymphatic detoxification. Velcro is advised to stew, add to salads. But only young stems, adults become tough.
