Such a diet should be introduced very smoothly so as not to disrupt the metabolism from a sharp reduction in carbohydrates. From carbohydrate products, you can leave durum wheat pasta, porridge and low-fat dairy products.

Sport for a choleric person is a gym and strength training.

Melancholic

Melancholic people are vulnerable and impressionable, worried about the slightest pretext. And this anxiety and pessimism is pushing towards the well-known remedy for depression – food with high amounts of sugar or other fast carbohydrates.

The main thing for a melancholic is not to start a hunger strike, food, even a dietary one, should be complete. But periodic fasting vegetable days are ideal. At the same time, these days you should eat all the color groups of vegetables and fruits, since each color has its own effect on the health of the body. The amount of liquid drunk for a melancholic is at least one and a half liters of water per day. As a dessert, you can treat yourself to a piece of chocolate, a spoonful of honey, or a sweet fruit.

Sports activities are very important for a melancholic – they help to reduce the level of depression and stress, distract from sad thoughts. For this type of temperament, it is also better to choose strength training aimed at a specific result.

Phlegmatic person

Phlegmatic people are overly calm, balanced and at the same time certainly happy. They do not take an active part in conflicts, do not ask for trouble, rarely show emotions and are in no hurry to make important decisions. A rare phlegmatic person will think about the reasons for excess weight, he can be comfortable in any role.

Phlegmatic people to lose weight should abandon everything that provokes edema – salty food, smoked food, fast food, soda.

For this temperament, it is also important to increase the amount of dietary fiber in food so that excess moisture is removed in a timely manner. Fiber will also improve health, boost immunity, tidy up skin, and strengthen hair and nails.

From sports, active types are suitable for phlegmatic – aerobics, swimming, cycling, as well as yoga.
