Foods that will save you from overeating

Hunger always signals a lack of food, but if yesterday you had enough of your usual diet, then with the onset of cold, illness and bad mood, you will need more additional energy to cope with these factors. If your diet still causes frequent bouts of hunger that are difficult to control, try adding these foods.

  • Water

First, learn to separate the feeling of hunger from the feeling of thirst. In most cases, just a glass of water will save you instead of a hearty snack. If you are still hungry 10 minutes after quenching your thirst, you can have a snack. Try to drink every hour and train your body to have enough water per day.

  • Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a source of fiber, improves digestion and keeps you full for a long time. Oatmeal is an ideal breakfast option, after which you will have enough energy until lunchtime. Only choose whole grains that require boiling – only in this case the benefits of oatmeal will be maximized.

  • Curd

Cottage cheese is high in protein, which also gives you a feeling of satiety, unlike meat dishes. Cottage cheese is easy to digest and more accessible in preparation – you just need to season it to your liking. Protein will also help tone your muscles, keeping you alert all day. A plate of cottage cheese will make you forget about food for 4 hours.

  • Nuts

Nuts are protein plus healthy vegetable fats that will warm you up on a cold day and dull your hunger. Nuts contain many vitamins, trace elements that are necessary for fruitful mental and physical work. The norm of nuts is a small handful.

Foods that also saturate well are durum wheat pasta, potatoes, eggs, cheese, dark chocolate, and orange.
