onion 2.0 (piece)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
milk cow 1.0 (grain glass)
parsley 1.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Stew potatoes, peeled and cut into strips or slices, in a little water and fat. Fry finely chopped onions in fat. Finely chop the greens and stir in the potatoes with the fried onions. Put the mass in a greased frying pan, pour over the mixture of eggs and milk and bake in the oven. Serve with fish and poultry dishes.
