    Step 1:

Draw a circle with a pencil on a fairly thin sheet of cardboard. Inside the first circle, draw another smaller circle, touching the top of the circles. Tear small pieces of tissue paper. Apply white glue on the part that separates the two circles. Glue your little bits of tissue paper on it.

    Step 2:

When the glue is dry, go over the outline of the collar with a pencil, making a wavy line.

Then cut out your outline, following the lines well.

    Step 3:

Turn the necklace over and, using a ballpoint pen, draw a line along the center. Press down well with the pen.

  • /

    Step 4:

Lightly pinch the collar along the line to bring the edges together.

  • /

    Step 5:

Turn the necklace over. Your jewelry in relief is taking shape.

  • /

    Step 6:

To decorate your necklace, brush it with white glue and sprinkle glitter on it.

  • /

    Step 7:

Glue beads, sequins and small shapes (heart, star…) that you will have drawn and cut out beforehand in a sheet of the color of your choice.
